Joseph Arthur - way too cool

Two awesome things, regarding Joseph Arthur:

A) He is touring North America and the UK this summer (June/July dates are below)

B) He has created an ongoing, living record album that will pretty much last forever. I may have mentioned it in a past email to you--it's called Bag is Hot, and you can check it out HERE.

‘Bag Is Hot’ is Joseph Arthur's new way of releasing his music and art. It is liquid and ongoing – a form onto itself. Brand new music is composed and recorded strictly for this album – really beautiful, unearthly, fully realized music – that interacts with images and artwork to form a living, breathing record. ‘Bag is Hot’ is free, open-ended, has no rules and is being modernized by Joseph at a rapid pace. “’Bag is hot’…like fresh popcorn for all the kids to grab,” says Joseph. “Digital hands eating the digital popcorn. This project is fun and doesn’t have to be precious, but it’s hard not to take it seriously and really work on it. It’s not, ‘Bag is getting a little lukewarm - Bag is hot!
