Since the infamous Nickel Creek break-up last year, I've had a gaping void in my life that hasn't been filled. I honestly didn't know if it ever would be filled. But the void is beginning to close because I've found the hottest new folk/bluegrass/alt-folk band: Crooked Still. Our NashVegas writer, A. McKell will be covering their upcoming gig at The Basement in Nashville on the 29th.
