The Felice Brothers, folksy rockers from New York, will be rocking out tonight at The Great American Music Hall. These guys are known for their raw lyrics and performance style. Though some of their album was recorded in a chicken coop and also in railcars, these reluctant city boys have made their way around some of the country's best festivals, playing Bonnaroo, All Points West, The Newport Folk Festival, Mountain Jam, and San Francisco's recent Outside Lands. You don't want to miss this show! It's bound to make you feel things...
For some insight into their stellar stage presence check out this video of them performing the song "Frankie's Gun" live at the Bearsville Theater in Woodstock, NY.
"When the first words out of a performer's mouth are 'Our grandpa told us this here story.' you know you're in for a good night. When that phrase is followed by 'about a cabaret singer ... that he killed,' it's going to be a great night."
